Children Clubs rules and regulations

 

 Article 1: Reception

The CACAHUETE club in Les Coches receives children from 6 months to 3 years old (documentary evidence could be asked).                                                                                     

The CHAT BLEU BEBE club in Montchavin receives children from 12 months to 3 years old.               The CHAT BLEU (Montchavin) and PIROUETTE (Les Coches) clubs receives children from 3 to 12 years old who have to be toilet-trained (without nappies).

 Article 2 : Terms of reception

The minimum stay at the club is a half-day.                                                                  

Booking has to be effective at the latest the day before, depending on availabilities.                                                                                 

Extra meals have to be booked at the latest two days before, depending on availabilities.          

The manager of the clubs reserves the right to refuse a child in case of bad adaptation or bad behaviour being detrimental to the rest of the group.                                                      

The child has to be prepared to social life, therefore :                                                             

- compulsory vaccinations have to be up to date (DT Polio)                                                     

- no to be affected by any contagious illness or infection (a medical certificate could be          asked).

If not, the child will be returned to his parents.

 Article 3 : Prices

Prices are set up for the whole season as subscription (per week) or as unit price. There are three options : half a day, half a day with meal or day with meal.                                                   

An extra charge of 10 €/hour will be asked for every child who will not be picked up before the closing time (an hour already started had to be paid).                                                                                                             

Parents are due to pay the services at the booking.                                                         

Refund will be submitted to the production of a medical certificate by th doctor in Les Coches or at the hospital with the name and surname of the child. The amount of the refund will be the difference between the amount paid and the time the child has been at the club. 

Article 4 : Care 

In case of accident or illness during the stay at the club, parents will be called as soon as  possible. If parents are out, no treatment will be given except emergency. In that case the treatment will be given by the doctor in Les Coches or emergency services (firemen).

Article 5 : Equipment 

The child will have to bring with him clothes suitable for the activities.                                    

For the youngest, parents have to bring everything to change, disposable nappies and house wear. The club is not responsible for the equipment storage in our place has to be considered to be a favour. 

Article 6 : Responsibility 

An agreement has been signed between OGMC, manager of Cacahuete and the doctor in les Coches in order to set up the terms of his intervention regarding the article R18-19-I

Article 7 : Others

It is forbidden to smoke or to bring animals in our place.                                                  

Parents allows organizers to copy or to show photos they (or one of their representative) took ans on which appears their child for every use, promotional or commercial, thus without money in compensation. This authorization is valid in time. The legends that go with the photos should not damage reputation or private life of the child or his family.
